Booking & Check-In FAQ’s

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

*CHECK IN PROCEDURE* The resort check in time is: 2:00pm. The person whose name the booking is under must be the person who checks-in and registers with the resort. They MUST be 18 years of age and provide current Photo ID and valid Credit card for a $200 pre-authorization for the security bond on check in. If no valid credit card available at check in, a $500 cash security bond is required and is fully refundable, provided no damage has occurred. Resort checkout time is: 10:00am.

SAME DAY BOOKINGS: All bookings made for arrival the same day MUST arrive during office hours.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

*Non Refundable deals OR you have booked to travel within 30 days prior to arrival*
Full payment at time of booking, no refund or cancellation.

*Traveling in more than 30 days prior to arrival*
Valid credit card required at time of booking to secure the room. Full payment is processed 30 (thirty) days prior to your arrival. The credit card provided at time of booking will be charged for the full payment UNLESS alternate arrangements have been made directly with the resort PRIOR to 30 days before your arrival. If you cancel once full payment has been made or within the 30 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Please advise resort if you will be arriving after hours. On arrival to the main reception doors please follow the prompts on the after hours intercom.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
A late checkout can be arranged, subject to availability, surcharge applies
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

Q: What are the reception hours?

Mon to Fri: 9:00am – 4:30pm

Sat: 9:00am – 2:00pm

Sun: 9:00am – 12noon

Public Holidays – CLOSED (or limited hours)

**If your arrival time is outside of our reception hours please contact the resort for the after hours check-in instructions.**

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, our friendly reception team can book your tour & theme park tickets for you.

Q: Group Bookings

GROUP BOOKINGS: Please note for bookings of 4 or more rooms, different policies and procedures may apply. For further information please contact the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation’.

There is a computer in the foyer for guests to access the internet, charges do apply

Q: Is there car parking available?
Yes, we offer under cover security car parking for the resort guests, 1 car space per apartment allocated.
Q: Is all linen provided?

All linen and bath towels are provided for the confirmed number of guests. You will need to bring your own beach towel or you can hire one from reception.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Our apartments receive a “mid-stay” service if staying 8 nights or more.

Q: Is the pool heated?

Our swimming pool is heated (seasonally)

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

Broadbeach is approx. 20min drive, Surfers Paradise is approx. 30 min drive

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, there are shops & restaurants within easy walking distance from the resort.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?
Yes, the local Surfside Bus has a stop within 50m of the resort
Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Some local attractions nearby are: Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Currumbin Estuary, Currumbin RSL, Dune Café, Pirate Park, Palm Beach & Currumbin Beach, Elephant Rock, Vikings Surf Club, Palm Beach Surf Club

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a Coles located on 5th Avenue Palm Beach, approximately 5 minute walk
