Hi. I am just writing to thank you for our stay we had for a couple of weeks in February. We have been staying at Princess Palm for 10 years and we were worried when the previous managers left a couple of years ago that it would lose that personal touch. I am glad to say it hasn’t. The ladies in reception were lovely, the grounds are looking magnificent and the rooms were spotless. The 2 young cleaners were lovely. Growing up in the hospitality game I know how hard it is to present your property this way and still keep a reasonable tariff. A credit to your managers. Thanks again. Joel and Alison Sowden.
